A couple weeks ago, Mom encountered this Facebook instructional for the cutest gosh darn ornaments and decided we probably oughta make them. She hosted a special edition of our weekly sewing circle and pulled out all the bits and pieces needed to make them. I just showed up, mooched a delicious dinner, and got glueing! They turned out darned adorable:

Mom had an old medical dictionary which we used for the text pages (some of which had some questionably-appropriate illustrations) and her aunt Katie’s collection of cut-uppable Christmas cards which we used for the kitschy images. We have yet to add the pipe-cleaner hangers but we’ll get there eventually!
